Charges
Full Refund
50% Cancellation fee
75% Cancellation fee
100% Charge
A no-show refers to failure to arrive at the pick-up location at the scheduled time.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- The amount is credited to the original payment method.
Autovaa Cancellation Rights
Autovaa reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdown, unavailability, or safety concerns. In these cases, a full refund will be issued.
