Booking Process
You can book Autovaa’s chauffeur-driven car services through our official website, by phone, or via reservations email. When making a booking, customers must provide the following details:
- Pick-up and drop-off location
- Preferred vehicle
- Date and time of travel
- Number of passengers
We will send a booking confirmation via email or your chosen communication channel with complete ride details.
Payment Terms
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the ride begins.
- Full payment must be made when the vehicle arrives at the reporting location. We accept payments via: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard enabled), UPI Payments Any extra charges can be settled directly with the chauffeur at the end of the ride.
Modifications Booking changes depend on availability and must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled ride.
Additional Charges Displayed prices include the base fare, chauffeur charges, and fuel within package limits. Charges like tolls, parking, waiting time, state taxes, and post-limit usage are extra unless clearly stated.
